Many clients often ask us about the cost of owning an apartment in Paris. The 16th arrondissement of Paris has gorgeous 19th-century buildings, wide avenues, prestigious schools, museums and various parks. The district includes part of the Arc de Triomphe, as well as the concentration of museums between the Trocadero Square and the Jaena Square. The district is largely residential, but is also home to the largest number of embassies and consulates in Paris, as well as world-renowned sports facilities such as the Parc des Princes or the French Open stadium.
