The 16th arrondissement of Paris has gorgeous 19th-century buildings, wide avenues, prestigious schools, museums and various parks. The district includes part of the Arc de Triomphe, as well as the concentration of museums between the Trocadero Square and the Jaena Square. The district is largely residential, but is also home to the largest number of embassies and consulates in Paris, as well as world-renowned sports facilities such as the Parc des Princes or the French Open stadium.

This luxurious French-style apartment is located on the right bank of the Seine, next to the Trocadéro Chaillot in the 16th arrondissement, a well-known rich area in Little Paris, with an excellent location. In terms of land area, it is the largest arrondissement in Paris. With hundreds of hectares of the Bois de Boulogne, the 16th arrondissement is the greenest in the capital. The district has long been considered one of the favorite places to live for the French high society.

The apartment is 178 square meters in total and is located on the fourth floor of the French style (the fifth floor of the Chinese style). The living room has a large space, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, an independent kitchen, equipped with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The elegant and grand French decoration style, with a touch of modern light luxury, is very stylish.
